 For each file screen, FSRM sends only one notification within each notification interval. By default, the notification interval is 60 minutes. You can change this interval by using the Filescrn.exe utility together with configuration files.

Note If you set the notification interval to a period that is too short, FSRM may generate excessive events and e-mail messages. Therefore, you may experience performance reduction.

You can set the RunLimitInterval parameter in text-based configuration files to change the notification interval from the default of 60 minutes. This parameter value is the number of minutes that FSRM will wait until it sends another notification for the same file screen. When this value is set to 0 (zero), FSRM sends notifications every time that a user operation triggers a file screen.

Как делегировать права доступа к удаленному рабочему столу на контроллере домена рядовому пользователю домена?

Добавьте пользователя в группу Built-in\remote desktop users и дайте право Allow log on Through Terminal services на контроллерах домена (Domain controller security policy, Local Policies, User rights assigment.)

Как можно разрешить пользователю добавить рабочую станцию в домен?

 Право на присоединение компьютеров к домену может быть выдано двумя способами.Первый – через право «Add workstation to domain» на контроллерах домена. Второй –  через разрешение ACL на соответствующий контейнер AD (Create Computer Objects).

Оба способа имеют право на существование. Ограниченность первого в том, что каждый пользователь может ввести 10 рабочих станций. Обойти ограничение можно внеся изменения в AD.

При запуске программ с сетевого диска появляется предупреждение

Проблему можно решить с при помощи GPO.

Перейдите в «Административные Шаблоны – Компоненты WIndows – Диспетчер вложений – Список исключений», добавьте необходимое расширение – «.exe»
